**Mainnet ELEMONT upgrade completed — 29-30 August 2026.** Mainnet and testnet both run `v2.0.49-elemont`. Fresh mainnet installs must bootstrap from the post-seal chaindata snapshot or the regenerated genesis (see [Read-Only Node](/vinuchain/technical-docs/nodes-and-validators/read-only-node.md)), not from the 2024 genesis.
