Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO)

Summary: VINU will be the governance token of a DAO, which means that VINU holders can make key decisions about the development of the project.

In accordance with the Roadmap (see below), VINU will gradually be transformed into a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). The VINU DAO will be a community-driven organization, where key decisions can be made collectively by the community. That is, the VINU DAO will be a democratic community where everyone can have a say. Needless to say, this ties in well with VINU’s commitment to transparency and accountability.

The VINU token will be a governance token within the VINU DAO. VINU holders who register for the VINU DAO will be able to vote on key proposals that determine the development and direction of the VINU project. This includes – but is not limited to – burn schedules, allocation of funding, and choice of partnerships. The voting “weight” of each address corresponds to the amount of VINU tokens that it contains. This means that the more you are invested in the VINU project, the more influence you will have over its development.

As the VINU DAO gets gradually implemented, a significant portion of the total supply of VINU will gradually come under the control of VINU holders and the VINU community. For more details, please refer to the Tokenomics section.
